where do you get anaheim peppers? and do you think it would work with out the cheese and mayo? maybe a goat cheese?

  2. Jan says:

You can find Anaheim peppers at our local stores, they are also called
California chili peppers. You can leave them out if you want, or for more spice, add 1/2 a jalapeno pepper.
You can try yogurt instead of mayo? I just googled substitute for mayo and a few things come up.
    Goat cheese will probably work.

    good luck!
