First day of First Grade
Finnegan started first grade today. He was excited to go and meet his buddy Mason at the bus stop. We got to the park in plenty of time and were entertained by the sprinklers that were spraying everyone.
Quinn was happy to see her brother off, and then get to hang out with mom all day.

On the Bus
Week three of school for Finnegan and he is still just as excited about it. I sure hope it continues! He was also doing his home work at the dining room table last night. Practing writing his name. Very fun for us. Picts.

Quinn is off to School
Quinn’s school started a week after the public system, so after hanging out at home with mama for four days, going on play dates and watching girl shows, she was ready to go back to school. This is her last year at preschool, and then she will be following big bro on the bus and becoming the big girl kindergartener.

The kids had a great first week. Quinn we’ll be ready next year after following her brother and Mason.

First Day of Kindergarten
Finnegan started kindergarten today. It was an exciting time for him to be going off to school with out a parent. Riding the school bus for the first time with his best friend. No tears were shed by dear ol mom, and I was pleased with how well he handled himself.
We’ll see how next week goes when Quinn goes back to school.
